| Description: | This position is responsible for the daily maintenance and safe operation of the HMG facilities. The incumbent must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the duties and responsibilities. |
| Duties: | 1. Perform maintenance procedures on the facility and appliances as required.
2. Keep all licenses and permits in compliance with local, state and federal agencies.
3. Perform daily checks on all safety and emergency equipment.
4. Coordinate and supervise all outside work and service contractors.
5. Primary contact for out of business hours emergencies, with regard to facilities, security and alarm issues.

| Qualifications: | 1. Ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously.
2. Ability to function in a team environment.
3. Ability to read and comprehend maps, blue prints, and schematics.
4. Understanding of building codes, electrical codes, and fire codes.
5. Basic repair and maintenance skills including the ability to use hand tools, power tools and perform basic electric, plumbing , painting and carpentry tasks.
6. Requires substantial lifting and climbing on a ladder.
