| Description: | This position is responsible for the development and continual improvement of efficient manufacturing processes as well as involvement in the introduction of new technology to the production floor relative to printed circuit board, and manual assembly. |
| Duties: | Areas of responsibility: SMT Assembly, Printed Circuit Assembly, and Final Assembly.
1. Analyze current build processes to identify inefficiencies. Aid in the research and develop of new technologies for improving processes.
2. Maintain and monitor the development and improvement of build processes. Analyze and assists with planning, workforce utilization, space requirements, and work flow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
3. Works to determine functional designs, layouts, configuration, and process by design/design by process integration.
4. Determines causes or quality problems based upon worker feedback, defect data, and empirical investigation. Quickly contains the problem and provides long-term resolution.
5. Participates in proto-type reviews, recommends modifications and accepts assignments for the smooth transition from proto-type to production.

• Communicates manufacturability and other process issues with product development team.
• Analyzes and implements feedback from production line relative to defined work processes.

| Qualifications: | MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE!
Requires: SMT Automation, Lean, Six Sigma and Mechanical Assembly experience.
